LCD TV Parts will endeavour to ship your order out same day where possible. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday; therefore orders made at the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.
For returns; in the first instance please contact us with details of the part to be returned and the reason for return. We will issue a returns reference number which should be enclosed in the returned item. All products are stamped on shipping and verification of the part and stamp will be made upon receipt of the returned product. All parts will be fully tested and verified where indicated as faulty and refunds will be made in full for the cost of the initial part as soon as the part has been verified.
We will also accept returns where an honest mistake has been made by ordering the wrong part. Where this is indicated, a restocking cost of £10 will be charged.
LCD TV Parts wish to provide our customers with an honest sales environment and we have found to date that our trade customers on the whole are honest which allows us flexibility in our policies. Please do not abuse the returns policy and allow this to continue.
